Are we losing our minds over the ADHD medication shortage? How are you doing? Are you having issues getting your prescription filled? We’re gonna be okay. But we need to take action.
This is getting national attention, as it should, and our members of Congress can help us. Last week, Rep. Spanberger sent a letter to the head of the DEA asking for help in addressing this issue.
If you are in the US and want to help to get this more attention at a federal level, please take a look at the article and ask your Representatives and Senators to do the same. I have included buttons to find out how to contact your members of Congress and a template of an email that you can send to them.

I get so many questions during LIVE events about great books for ADHDers. I’ve posted a few videos sharing some titles and info. The books below are great for us because they address issues we face as people with ADHD.
I love this playlist because the songs have a nice distinctive bilateral motion. Most are instrumental without being too slow and meditative. So, I would highly suggest this one for work, studying, or household tasks.
They are grouped as entire albums, so you may want to shuffle this one!
This also works great if you want to do a little meditation before bed, so give it a listen. If you are looking for a playlist for a certain activity, let me know, and I can do some digging!

I’m in Virginia and this last refill was the first time I’ve had an issue in a long time. I take adderall and it seemed like all the pharmacies ran out at the same time. I was out for about a week and the struggle was real. I had to be hyper focused on every little thing I was thinking or doing to make sure that I wasn’t meandering way off track. There was a lot of talking to myself... “What are you doing?” “Is that why you came in here?” “You’re supposed to be ordering tampons, not bunny themed stationary.” You get the picture 😅
