I would love for all people who do not have ADHD to be able to understand what it’s like inside our minds. I hope that a lot of Neuro typical people can find this and understand others in their lives!

OMG- I have this exact same thing with my purse and cards. Yet another thing I just put down to anxiety and never considered it might be RSD related.😕

I have been saying that I realized that I don’t have anxiety and depression. I have ADHD, which causes me to be anxious and depressed. Also, I treated myself to a really pretty wallet and that helped. Highly suggest. Two thumbs up.

Oh I love my purse! I've had it for nearly 10 years. I need to know that every card is in the exact place its supposed to be! Can't think about organising a new one!

Thank you for this wonderfully honest, raw share Vanessa. Our stories are so similar - I'm so glad to have come across your writing. I recently wrote my own piece on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria called the 4-Step RSD Survival Guide. As someone living with RSD I would love be curious to hear how it lands for you if you have a few minutes to give it a read :) https://substack.com/home/post/p-146983852?r=38b92l&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
