Brain Music and Lots of Educational Opportunities!
Your weekly playlist, an upcoming workshop, and new products!
Welcome back, fam! I swear I could fill this space ten times over. I love finding (and making) all kinds of new things to help all of us with our ADHD! Enjoy!
LAST DAY TO SAVE 10%. This is it, y’all. Join dozens of others already connecting in the PRIVATE online community, where we share tips, seek and offer support, and build friendships. You also get discounts on cool stuff too! February’s educational video event will focus on navigating the workplace with ADHD. Get it now when it’s only a whole whopping $4.50/month or $49.50/year ($4.18/month)!
I’m just sitting over here thinking we all need to decorate our homes with ADHD stuff. Or, you know, warn our coworkers! I had these lovely printables designed and they come in a gazillion sizes. You print them out, so they’re SO reasonable. I mean it. They are available over in the shop! Remember that paid subscribers get 10% off everything in the shop, and they’re already pretty dang cheap.
I am loving seeing everyone’s minds just blown over what bilateral music can do to calm your brain. I’ll be posting a new playlist for you every week. Some folks that came to my LIVE today requested some sleep music, so here y’all go!
What is this stuff all about? Let me give you some info. I found a couple of good articles that you can check out to read more about it!
Also, the amazing @wiselisa3 recommended a sleep mask with blue tooth in it, so you can listen to this as you are falling asleep! Check it out!
WORKSHOP FEBRUARY 11th! I have two awesome things to share with you! First, I am going to be doing my FIRST online workshop next month! So many of you commented on a recent video about what I was doing to kick imposter syndrome to the curb by embracing an abundance mindset. It doesn’t have to be scary, and I am going to lead you through it!
Coaching is up and running, and you can schedule right on the website! No matter what you need help with (organization? relationships? communication? work?) I want to help you make big and lasting changes!
Know an ADHDer that would LOVE this info! Feel free to share it!
